Treatment Coordinator
Being part of an incredible team, with an amazing doctor and wonderful patients, is so rewarding! In my 20+ years working at Pawlak Orthodontics, I have held many positions and learned all aspects of the office. Currently, I am the treatment coordinator, but I also work in the front office or the clinic when needed to help with the overall flow of the office. In my treatment coordinator role, I welcome all new patients and explain all aspects of Dr. Pawlak's treatment recommendations.
My favorite experience is when we have a patient who goes from being ashamed of their teeth to smiling from ear to ear! Dr. Pawlak is fun, energetic, and insightful. She and my coworkers all pitch in to help each other, so we can provide the best care, and best smiles, to our patients!
I’m usually with my family when I’m not in the office. My husband, Steve, and I enjoy spending time with family, our dogs, and friends. We love working outside on our property, riding 4-wheelers, and chasing our grandchildren. I am a member of Tri-Kappa and love helping with community events, too.

I love being part of Pawlak Orthodontics! We place an emphasis on giving excellent, compassionate care. I work in the clinic assisting Dr. Pawlak with various procedures, providing patient treatment, and encouraging patients to keep up with their home care.
We at Pawlak Orthodontics are one big family with our patients and their families.I like interacting with and getting to know our patients during treatment. Seeing people who’ve become my friends achieve beautiful smiles is the best experience!
My family keeps me busy when I’m not at work. My husband, Tim, and I have three children: Waylon, Kinlee, and Mazie Jane. We love the outdoors, especially camping and boating, and love going to Florida, too. Boca Grande is our favorite place to vacation.

Receptionist/Insurance Specialist
I love being part of the wonderful team at Pawlak Orthodontics. Dr. Pawlak is very passionate about what she does. She's personable with her patients and always asks her team for advice. I love seeing how happy the patients are with their smiles when they complete treatment.
My duties as the front office assistant include scheduling patients, coordinating with dental offices on mutual patients, emailing treatment letters, investigating the various insurance plans and benefits, and performing all other front office duties.
When not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my children: Brandon, Nate, and Kaylee! My boyfriend and I enjoy side-by-side riding and going to Florida to visit my mom. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs that I adore! I love cooking and baking and am always looking for new recipes.

Orthodontic Assistant/Patient Specialist
I came to Pawlak Orthodontics as an intern in the fall of 2022 while finishing my dental assisting degree from Caris College. I love orthodontics and was so happy when I was offered a permanent position here! I love the enthusiasm we have to provide quality, compassionate care. I work in the clinic assisting Dr. Pawlak in various procedures and providing direct patient care.
I take pride in my ability to make the patients feel at ease. I am always ready to learn new aspects of orthodontics to provide the best orthodontic treatment and experience. My favorite part of my job is interacting with my patients--they always make my day!
When I am at home, I enjoy spending time with my three children, Tristen, Teagan, and Tatum, my boyfriend, Jordan, and my dog, Harley. I love traveling to Nashville, kayaking, cleaning, and reading. I have a background in speech therapy and assisting adults with disabilities.
